  1. Where the serial number sticker sits (illustration)1.Turn the seat over: the model number and manufacture date are on a label on the bottom of the child restraint. 9
  2. A wheel lock with a green indicator (illustration)2.Look at the base that came with it. The PIPA series base has two bubble level indicators and a one-position flip-out recline foot; the RELX base is bubble-free with a four-position recline and an anti-rebound panel. PIPA urbn has no base. 1
  3. 3.A PIPA urbn clicks into the car with an integrated rigid latch (pipaFIX) and must not be used with a base. 4
