- Check that both rear tires are inflated equally.
- Check that the front wheel is centered and pushed all the way into its mounts.
- Make sure the brake is fully released on both sides.
- Move heavy or bulky cargo so the load is balanced.
- If it still does not roll straight, contact Thule Customer Service.
- Yes. Depending on the model, you can replace either the whole harness or just the buckle (on some models the straps are sewn in).
- Find the part numbers on the thule.com Spare Parts page by searching for your stroller.
- Some stroller parts ship from Canada, so the US site may show them as out of stock; if a part for a current product says out of stock, contact Thule Customer Service.
- The Urban Glide 3 adapters fit only the Urban Glide 3 and Urban Glide 4-wheel frames.
- They do not fit the original Urban Glide or the Urban Glide 2.
- For the Urban Glide 3 there are two adapters: the Universal/Chicco adapter (model 20110762) and the Maxi-Cosi adapter (model 20110761), which Thule says fits Maxi-Cosi, Nuna and Cybex seats.
- Check the compatibility guide for your exact car seat before buying.
- If your car seat model is not in either of Thule's compatibility guides, it cannot be used on the Urban Glide 3 with an adapter.
- For babies from birth to 6 months, Thule offers the Thule Bassinet instead (US model 20110756).
- The Thule Newborn Inlay (model 11200301) adds padding in the stroller seat, once your baby can ride in the seat fully reclined.
- Wash the fabrics by hand only: spot clean or gently hand wash with mild soap and warm water.
- Rinse well with warm water.
- Hang the fabrics until they are completely dry.
- Do not machine wash, bleach, iron or dry clean them.
- Take parts off for cleaning where you can, and make sure everything is dry before you store the stroller.
- Put a little silicone lubricant on the wheels.
- Do not use oil or grease: they pick up dirt, which clogs the moving parts.
- To clean the frame and wheels, wipe them with a damp cloth and then dry them with a dry cloth.
- Fill out the warranty claim form on the warranty page of thule.com.
- Add photos or a video showing the problem.
- Include the product's manufacturing date and a copy of your proof of purchase; the claim cannot be handled without them.

- Thule says a representative will email you within three to five business days.
- Go to the Spare Parts page on thule.com.
- Pick your stroller from the drop-down menus, or search by its product number.
