The Thule Urban Glide 1 & 2 universal car seat adapter lets an infant car seat ride on the Thule Urban Glide 2. Makers list 4 seats for it, from Chicco, Nuna, Peg Perego and UPPAbaby.
How to put it on
- Set the stroller's parking brake and open the clips on the adapter.
- Fit the adapter on the left side of the stroller (as you face it): open the velcro and zipper on the center seat divider and clip the adapter to the accessory mount there, keeping fabric out from under it.
- Clip the other end onto the stud on the left side frame, close the velcro, and give the adapter a sharp pull to check it is secure.
- Unfold the adapter and set the car seat in it facing the handlebar, at the angle its maker requires.
- Buckle the seat strap over the car seat and pull it tight.
- Lift gently on the car seat handle to check it is attached.
Common mistakes
- Maximum child weight with this adapter is 22 lb (10 kg).
- The baby must face you; never put the car seat in facing forward.
- If the car seat cannot sit at the right angle, it does not fit this adapter.
- To fold with the adapter on, fold the adapter and buckle the seat strap first.
- Re-check the adapter after the stroller has been folded or carried in a car.
