Will parts move between models?
Older BOB car seat adapters and snack trays do not work on newer strollers that have built-in accessory adapters. BOB help article

How do I hear about a recall?
BOB asks you to register your stroller at bobgear.com/registration so it can contact you directly about recalls. BOB manual (PDF)

How do I clean it?
BOB stroller fabric: sponge it with mild soap and cold water (no hotter than 100 F), rinse with clean water and air dry. No detergent, abrasive cleaners or pressure washing. BOB manual (PDF)
What does the warranty cover?
On the Alterrain Pro, BOB covers the frame for 5 years and parts and fabric for 1 year from the original purchase date. Tires and inner tubes are not covered. BOB manual (PDF)
