Common problems with the BOB Wayfinder
- Put the front wheel in jog mode and test on flat ground with nobody in the stroller.
- If it pulls right, turn the tracking knob counterclockwise, up to half a turn.
- If it pulls left, turn the tracking knob clockwise, up to half a turn.
- Push-test again and repeat until it rolls straight.
- Make sure the parking brake is unlocked before fitting the rear wheels.
- Push the wheel's axle into the hole while pressing the button until you hear a click.
- No click means the wheel may not be locked in and could come off.
- Pull on the wheel to check it is secure.
- Find the locking switch near the front wheel.
- For jog mode, flip the switch toward the front of the stroller.
- For walk mode, flip it toward the back.
- Check the front wheel is locked before you jog.
- Press the foot pedal down so the locking pin fully engages; this locks both rear wheels.
